Warranty

Samarang Lifestyle Furniture’s warranty has been designed to ensure you are provided with the best possible protection for your new furniture. We have proudly developed a reputation for good quality furniture and we trust that you will receive many years of enjoyment with its use. In the unlikely event that a problem arises, it will be dealt with professionally and with a minimum of inconvenience to you.

SOFAS
Sofas carry a five year warranty on the timber frame construction.

CHAIRS, STOOLS, TABLES, ENTERTAINMENT UNITS
Due to the high level of use, chairs, stools, tables and entertainment units carry a 12 month warranty on the timber frame construction.

NATURAL FIBRES & FABRICS
Leather, fabrics, natural fibres, foams, webbing, sewing construction, zippers, handles etc, carry a 12 month warranty.

HOMEWARES
Homewares such as ornaments, wall fixtures, cushions, lamp bases etc, carry a 14 day warranty from the date of purchase.

FLOORSTOCK
Floorstock includes a structural warranty but excludes any faults as stated at the time of purchase. All items are sold "as is" off the floor.

CONDITIONS

• Warranties cover manufacturing faults, providing the product has been cared for in the recommended fashion.
• Normal wear and tear or a natural characteristic of material used, is not covered by warranty.
• Fabric pilling is considered normal wear and tear and is not covered by warranty. Pilling can easily be removed with a de-piller.
• The furniture is built to Australian standards and is suitable for use with load bearing no greater than 120kg. The warranty is voided if used by persons exceeding this limit.
• Warranties do not cover products used for commercial purposes.
• Any items that are deemed damaged by fair wear and tear or misuse are not covered under the warranty.
• All warranties are subject to verification and inspection by SAMARANG; the amount of deemed damage to items will be at the sole discretion of SAMARANG.
• Extended warranties are not available.
• The original invoice is required as proof of purchase.
